| Format: | Tournament play will feature a full round robin (no pools), followed by either a single or double elimination bracket, which will be created based on round robin results. All games will be to 11, WinBy2. Balls used will be Franklin X-40, Optic Yellow. |
| Brackets: | Brackets will be set by skill based on your current Verified UTR rating. Each tournament is limited to 32 players, so the more players that enter results in the creation of more finely tuned brackets! |

Joining the WinBy2 Pickleball PicklePlay Club is required for play.
If this is your first mini-tourney you'll need to set up a UTR profile and then link it to your PicklePlay profile.
All sign-ups are handled at the PicklePlay Event page, and payment is made there as well. Scores will be entered into UTR. As an official UTR provider, results will count towards your Verified UTR rating. This is a great way to increase your Verified UTR "reliability" rating, see how you compare to other players in your area, and obtain an official rating for Sanctioned Tournament play. |

| Registration: | Registration will take place on PicklePlay. You can use either the phone app or a browser to sign up. Starting in July, teams will be able to sign up together and make 1 payment for the team. New events will be announced through PicklePlay, including possible weekday evening Scramble meets! |
| Cost: | $25 per player. Members of WinBy2 Pickleball PicklePlay club receive a $5 discount! |
